Broad Hollow Bioscience Park, Inc.

is a non-profit 63,500 sq. ft. biotechnology facility park. The Park facility is comprised of an incubator facility for start-up and early-stage companies and an anchor facility wing that is home to start-up companies and the remainder of the facility is home to the research headquarters of OSI Pharmaceuticals, Inc. the anchor tenant for the Park. The biopark facility is located on the beautiful campus of Farmingdale State College of New York.

Building-II, a new 43,000 sq. ft. facility, is a dedicated incubator facility for start-up and early-stage companies. Building-II is currently in the process of being fitted out and will open March 2008.

The Broad Hollow Bioscience Park is devoted to supporting the development of biotech start-up companies by utilizing shared facility resources, the resources of the Farmingdale State College campus, partnering with surrounding businesses and research institutions, and clustering the growing biotech companies into the Route 110 Bioscience Corridor.
